  The customer service here is generally very bad. It's unfortunate because I had previously thought bell had the best customer service. I brought my phone in to see if it was possible to get a plan on it even though it's from America. The first employee was generally clueless, so she handed my phone off to another employee. After a while, I got my phone back and it was scratched! They employees were not apologetic. They were just very defensive. Now I'm left with a scratched phone... Won't be signing with Bell anytime soon.

  The fat indo canadian manager was very rude I can't believe no one has looked into replacing the management at this location! Highly recommend not buying any products or services from here. Zero stars should be a possible rating

  My experience was 100 % wonderful I do not have anything bad to say not even in the slightest , mustafa helped me through the whole experience he was amazing I recommend him for a promotion, he helped me with everything I needed , was very knowledgeable about everything when I wasnt and was looking out for the best for me I would give 10 stars out of 5 but I can't
