    Poor customer service. We waited in line for nearly 15 mins and someone comes over (supposedly a friend of sales rep) and tell sales rep to serve his friends first. We thought it would be something quick otherwise who does that, but no they came for the plan change and we had to wait for 15 more minutes. We later told the sales rep that we were in the line, she just simply replied "sorry I know"
