    Called to see if an item was in stock and to put it on hold. No greeting on recording or from the employee who answered - just 'hello'. I had to ask if it was indeed Rona. I was then put on hold. For 12 minutes. Then someone picked up, did not say a word, then hung up on me. Lovely.
