  I've purchased all beds for my house at sleep country; however, my most recent experience was less than stellar. I found the sales rep "Jeff" to be rude and condescending and unwilling to answer my questions about the different beds. Apparently, I was asking the "same question" too many times. A $4500 mattress is a big investment for me, and I won't be pressured into buying something that may not be suitable. Besides, It's his JOB to answer questions rather than check his iPhone. Rather than being talked down to, I walked out. I'll take my business elsewhere. It's really too bad because I've had a couple of good experience fes at this store when I've made previous purchases. Recommendation: attract and retain better staff. Jeff has been there for 23 years too long. He needs a refresher course on customer service.

  Went to this store. High pressure sales by the compulsive lying salesman Jeff. He sold us a matteress and pillows based on false claims. He suggested a pillw for my neck pain that made it worse after 2 nights sleep. The reason he sold it was the commission was high for him on that particular product. When I returned to the store after the sale to question the quality of the products, he wanted to get rid of me as he quick as possible. Please go to this store if you would like to be cheated and lied to by this low life guttersnipe that has no regard for customers but just on his take home commission. For an honest sales lady go and see Shron at the Cloverdale store.
