  They turn off their ice cream machine and told me they "turn off by themselves". I reminded the girl about the coupon during the drive through which is said on the speaker at the drive through and she didn't ask me about it when I was paying and i paid full price for it. Didn't get a receipt. Came back and asked if I can use the coupon and they said no because I already paid for it. And then I asked if I can return the item and they said no unless there's something wrong with the burger. Where does it say that? I didn't get a receipt to tell me that. Really bad customer service will be contacting head.
