  Great customer service. Very friendly. Told me exactly how long it would take, told me price up front. Great window replacement, vacuumed the entire car, even where there was no broken glass. Walked me out to the car to make sure everything was ok with me. Recommended!

  I went in to have a leak near my passenger side door looked at and repaired. I spoke to Richard, both on the phone and in person regarding this leak near my sunroof and closest to the font windshield, which occurred when it rained. Richard immediately identified the leak, analyzed my problem and let me know it was a common issue, but not something they fixed b/c they only deal with glass repairs. He did give me a referral to someone he trusted, and to someone I would have used if I lived closer to his shop, but after calling I realized it was a bit far. That referral gave me enough information to go to a repair shop within walking distance of our home, explain my problem intelligently, and make an appt. to fix it on Thursday - before it rains again! While I was there, I told Richard that my windshield wipers made squeaky noises - they needed to be replaced and Speedy Glass had the ones I needed on sale. He didn't try to talk me into anything, not even the most expensive wipers. Not only dd I get great customer service, but I got a great deal on the wipers, plus Richard installed them for me, and cleaned my windshield himself after putting on the blades. I left feeling empowered, educated, and having saved money and time-Thrifty! Thank you for your excellent concern, product and care! I know where to go now for ANY glass repair issues I may have in the future!
